There are three therapists in this practice who specialize in areas of relationships, anxiety, depression, grief, loss, burnout, chronic illness, trauma and life changes - desired or undesired. Each therapist is experienced, licensed and skilled to help you focus and achieve your unique, core goals. Clients can make appointments during the week and on weekends in the office or via telehealth. Counseling can help improve your connection with others, find meaning in life, make needed changes, or simply increase your happiness. Our clients report experiencing increased motivation, self-acceptance, peacefulness, and happiness within themselves, as well as their relationships.
